Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ShopJMaromas. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Items that have been opened, sprayed, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging are not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
